Information you provide

The RSVP form asks for your name, email address and mobile or WhatsApp number. If you accept, it may also ask for additional guest names and age groups, where you are travelling from, your Aso Ebi arrangement and an optional message.

How it is used

Mercy and Ifeoluwa use these details to manage invitations and plan attendance. Contact details for the representatives handling Aso Ebi will be emailed to guests.

Storage and access

RSVP information is stored in the wedding’s Supabase database. Access is restricted to authorised wedding administrators. Guests cannot view or search other guests’ responses. The hosting region will follow the Supabase project configuration.

Retention and requests

The couple will retain RSVP information for wedding planning and related follow-up. A fixed deletion date has not been set. You can ask Mercy or Ifeoluwa to update or remove your response using the contact details on your invitation.
